Wrong size? That happens with shoes, and we make it easy to fix.
Exchanging a size
- Message us on WhatsApp within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the size you need.
- The shoes must be unworn, in their original box, with the tags still attached. Try them on indoors on a clean floor.
- We arrange a courier to collect the pair and deliver the new size. The exchange itself is free; the courier fee for the second delivery is 100 EGP.
- If the size you need is sold out, we can exchange for another style of the same value or refund you.
Refusing a delivery
You may inspect your shoes before paying the courier. If you decide not to keep them, hand it back to the courier and you owe nothing.
Refunds
Refunds for a pair you have already paid for are sent to your Vodafone Cash or InstaPay within 3–5 working days of the shoes reaching us in the condition described above.
Not covered
- Shoes that have been worn outdoors or show signs of wear.
- Missing boxes, tags or accessories.
- Requests made more than 14 days after delivery.
